Michael Hiebert, CTO – Former Army Ranger and MIT computer scientist (BS/MEng). Led technical operators around the globe to combat terrorism and pioneered some of the first AI agents deployments in secure environments for national security missions.

Full-Stack
Engineer
Own the interface between humans and autonomous systems.
You’ll lead our React front-end and help define our Python backend API architecture. Design intuitive workflows that allow officers to collaborate with thousands of autonomous agents. 3+ years full-stack experience required.
Applied
AI Engineer
Make frontier models operational.
Work with open- and closed-source LLMs to embed reasoning agents in real-world intelligence workflows. You’ll move between reading research papers and shipping hardened services. 3+ years AI/ML experience preferred.
Infrastructure
Engineer
Build the foundation for secure, real-time AI at scale.
You’ll design and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines, manage air-gapped and cloud-native deployments, and enable agentic orchestration across classification levels. Ideal for someone with 3+ years in infrastructure and a passion for mission-critical reliability.
